Shirodhara
Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves gently pouring a continuous stream of warm oil (or sometimes other liquids like milk or buttermilk) over the forehead, particularly over the "third eye" area, which is considered a powerful energy center. The word "Shirodhara" comes from the Sanskrit words "Shiro" (head) and "Dhara" (flow).

Potli Massage
Potli Massage, also known as Kizhi or Herbal Compress Massage, is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that uses heated herbal pouches (potlis) to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. The potlis are typically filled with a variety of herbs, spices, and other natural ingredients tailored to the individual’s needs, and are applied to the body through a combination of massage and heat.

Udvartana
Udvartana (also spelled Udwarthanam) is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves a deep-tissue massage using a specially prepared herbal powder. This treatment is particularly known for its ability to reduce body fat, tone the skin, and improve circulation. Unlike other Ayurvedic massages that use oil, Udvartana is unique because it primarily uses dry herbal powders or a paste made from these powders, which are vigorously massaged onto the body.

Nasyam
Nasyam, also known as Nasya, is a therapeutic Ayurvedic treatment focused on the nasal passage. It involves the administration of herbal oils, powders, or juices through the nostrils. Nasyam is part of Panchakarma, a series of five purification therapies in Ayurveda, and is considered particularly effective for cleansing and rejuvenating the head and neck region.

Tarpan
Tarpan Massage is a unique Ayurvedic therapy that primarily focuses on the eyes and the surrounding area. It is designed to nourish, rejuvenate, and cleanse the eyes, improving vision and relieving eye strain. This treatment is often used to address various eye-related issues and enhance overall eye health.

Virechan
Virechan (also spelled Virechana) is one of the five main procedures in Panchakarma, the Ayurvedic system of detoxification and rejuvenation. Virechan specifically focuses on cleansing the body by eliminating excess Pitta dosha (the heat and bile principle) and toxins from the gastrointestinal tract through controlled purgation (therapeutic laxative therapy).

Basti (griva basti, kati basti, janu basti, hridaya basti)
Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment that involves the application or retention of warm medicated oils or herbal decoctions over specific areas of the body, such as the back, neck, chest, knees, or heart region. The term "Basti" typically means "to retain" or "to contain" in Sanskrit, and in these therapies, the medicinal oils are contained in a specific area using a dough ring, made of wheat or other grain flours, to treat localized issues such as pain, inflammation, stiffness, or imbalances in the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).

Rectal Basti (oil basti, kashaya basti)
Rectal Basti, also known simply as Basti in the context of Panchakarma (Ayurvedic detoxification therapy), is a key component of Ayurvedic treatment. It involves the administration of medicated oils (oil basti) or herbal decoctions (kashaya basti) through the rectum. This procedure is considered one of the most effective methods of balancing Vata dosha and is highly regarded for its ability to treat a wide variety of health conditions.
